(More customer reviews)I bought this to restore and seal some corroded Aluminum parts that were exposed to chemicals and where the Anodizing had failed. To protect the Alum., Epoxy paint is very chemically resistant and This stuff was easy to mix and use. I even brushed it on as opposed to spraying and had no problems. Easier and cheaper than having the parts stripped and re-anodized.

Do not mix more material than can be used in one application. No induction time is required. DTM Epoxy Prime / Seal is an excellent corrosion resistant primer that offers optimum adhesion and superior hide to many types of properly prepared metal, aluminum, fiberglass and plastic filling materials. DTM Epoxy Prime / Seal, is easy to sand and topcoat with all current base coats. It can be used as a sealer and applied wet-on-wet when reduced with KR100 Universal Compliant Retarder.
