I reached out and explained my situation and I was blown off, tell me that I did get the cd's which I never did. I sent two email about it and they refused to refund me back. At that point it was pointless to continue asking for a refund and I left at that. Amazon has been good to me but the vendor that sales this product will that another story. I was very unhappy with this vendor and all I wanted was a refund for a product that I never got. Im a fair man and have no reason to lie about not getting a package order from this vendor. I got tired and i just gave up Any future customers be careful with vendors like this one.
