I'm replying because I read the first person's negative review, and based on my experience, I thought it was unfair to the product.

The heart of Langka is the liquid. It seems to be rubbing compound mixed with a solvent that dissolves touch-up paints, but not OEM paints. You lay a flat rag over the included credit-card-style plastic card, soak it with the liquid, and simply buff out the spot. It doesn't require any special skill. You just have to keep the rag lying flat on the card and be pretty generous with the goo.

If the touch-up paint is built up enough in the damaged area that there isn't a cavity, Langka does a very nice job. If there's still a concave area, then use Langka until the edges are flat, touch-up again, and use Langka again. Lather, rinse, repeat.

A year or two ago, a neighbor walked up to a '92 car I'd bought new. It was black, the easiest color to touch up, but he muttered aloud to himself that he couldn't keep his rear bumper damage-free like I'd managed to do with mine. I hadn't. It was touch-up paint and Langka.

There are no miracles, and it's not inexpensive for the rather small quantity you get, but this is good stuff. For smaller hairline scratches like buffing marks, by the way, where you aren't applying any paint and just want a quick fix, Nu-Finish Scratch Doctor is good too.

Product Description:
The Blob Eliminator is formulated to soften the excess paint and allow you to wipe it away, leaving the corrected area perfectly smooth. Use The Blob Eliminator after allowing the touch-up paint to completely dry. To apply this product properly, you need a plastic card (included) or similar, flat item. Cover it in a soft cloth, like an old T-shirt or pillow case. Pull the fabric taut over the card and twist the excess fabric behind the card so that you're holding the card by the fabric. Apply a generous amount of The Blob Eliminator to the smooth, covered side of the card. Rub the card lightly back and forth across the painted area. As the excess paint shows up on the cloth, apply less pressure until the blob is completely gone.
