(More customer reviews)I purchased this elsewhere, but it is the same model.Mine has a bad chemical smell from the blue rubber part which does not seem healthy considering that when it is worn the stink is trapped in by the mask.The mask was cheap, but I had to buy a 3M mask to finish the job, that one was much more expensive, but also did not smell badly.The label says made in Macau (China) and the USA FWIW.
